Perhaps you are a fitness enthusiast or a foodie, a student or working the corporate baddie life, no matter your background the doors are wide open to welcome you to our community.
Q: What level of fitness do I need to attend a session?
A: From absolute beginner to advanced, this pilates class is an open level to cater to all abilities. Including elements of mobility, strength and alignment, you’re sure to find both challenge and enjoyment in this class no matter your physical fitness. If you haven’t tried pilates before, you can be assured this is a safe environment for you to give it a go!
Q: Do you cater for dietary requirements?
A: Absolutely! When you book in, please provide information about any allergies, intolerances or other dietary requirements and we will cater to your needs!
Q: What do I need to bring to the event?
No need to bring a yoga mat, this is provided. You can bring a water bottle but there are facilities for tap water and other beverages onsite. Comfortable workout clothing is recommended for the pilates session. All you need to bring along is your good vibes and your openness to have a conversation with a stranger. That’s it!
Q. How long is the event?
A: Approximately 2 hours. The structure of the event is a one hour mat pilates class followed by an hour of time to socialise and enjoy the food.
